Fees for services, including tuition, registration charges, materials, and any applicable taxes, will be disclosed at the time of purchase, booking, or enrollment. All prices are stated in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated.
- Payment must be made by the methods we accept at the time of enrollment or booking.

If installment or recurring billing is offered, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file according to the applicable payment schedule until the balance is satisfied or the arrangement is terminated in accordance with these Terms.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our cancellation and refund policy is intended to be fair and transparent while reflecting the scheduling and capacity constraints of educational services.
- Private lessons: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled session may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
- Group classes and courses: Once a group class or course has commenced, missed sessions are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law or expressly stated in a written program policy.
- Online live lessons: If a session cannot proceed due to a technical issue caused by the Company, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide a credit/refund. If the issue is caused by your equipment, internet connection, or environment, the session may be deemed delivered.
- Kids and teen programs: Parent or guardian cancellations are subject to the same notice requirements unless a separate enrollment agreement states otherwise.
Any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where practicable. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
We may refuse refunds in cases of misconduct, repeated no-shows, misuse of our materials, breach of these Terms, or where a service has already been substantially delivered, except to the extent prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws in Canada or Ontario.
If a statutory cooling-off, cancellation, or refund right applies under applicable law, those rights will prevail over any inconsistent provision in these Terms.
6. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maple Leaf Spanish Learning Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any statutory rights that cannot be waived.
We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, fluency levels, examination results, employment outcomes, or business performance improvements. Progress depends on many factors, including attendance, practice, aptitude, and prior experience.
